Please allow 3-5 working days for us to process any item that comes back to our warehouse. Our policy lasts for 14 days after a customer has received their order.
As long as the product you are returning is unused, in the same condition it was received in, still in its original packaging and has been returned within 14 days of you receiving the product, then you are eligible for a refund or exchange.
Situations where only partial refunds are granted:
1. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or is unable to be resold for reasons not due to our error.
2. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
How to return your product:
1. Follow the steps on your packaging slip, please fill out either refund or exchange and the reason why.
2. Send your parcel back to the address listed below.
3. Once the return is received, the warehouse will inspect it. If the product is not in perfect condition or has been worn, we will not be able to refund you.
4. Please allow 3-5 working days for us to process your return. If the return passes inspection, we will issue the refund to the account you made payment through. Payment can take between 4-6 working days. Please note that shipping is non-refundable.
